Pack items securely in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and the RAN clearly marked on the package.

Step 4: Ship Back

Use our pre-paid return label (for defective items) or arrange your own shipping. Items must reach us within 14 days of authorization.

Step 5: Get Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
